Content system design, SOP documentation, and digital marketing workflows

In-house training, instructional resources, and live consultation sessions

Support with strategy execution, performance audits, or brand refinement

All services rendered are customized to the client’s needs and may be delivered in stages, in whole, or in part, depending on the agreed scope at the time of engagement.

Lucian Creative reserves the right to evolve its service offerings based on market conditions, client goals, or strategic adjustments.

2. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate and timely information for us to fulfill services

Maintain access to your platforms (e.g., social accounts, ad accounts, websites) if required and agreed to

Not use our work for unlawful or unethical purposes (Let’s be good people please)

3. Fees and Payments

Fees and payment structures are discussed and agreed upon prior to the start of work.

Payment terms may vary depending on the scope of services and will be defined in written agreements or invoices.

No refunds will be issued once services have commenced unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your brand assets and raw media you provide.

Lucian Creative retains the right to display finished work (e.g., dashboard designs, edited videos) in portfolios or case studies unless a written NDA states otherwise.

Any templates, SOPs, or proprietary tools developed by Lucian Creative remain our intellectual property unless otherwise transferred in writing.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

Platform algorithm changes

Third-party software outages

Results that do not meet projections

We do not guarantee any specific revenue, traffic, or growth results. All strategies are based on industry standards and tailored best practices, but performance depends on multiple external factors, including execution by the Client.

6. No Guarantees or Promises

While our goal is to improve your brand’s visibility and performance, you acknowledge and agree:

"Results may vary. Past success does not guarantee future outcomes. We make no guarantees of income, traffic, or lead generation. Your results are dependent on your market, offer, consistency, and customer experience."

7. Termination

Either party may terminate ongoing services with written notice. Upon termination:

Any unpaid balances become due immediately

Completed work will be delivered as-is

In-progress work may be halted depending on stage of development

8. Modifications

Lucian Creative may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
