We specialize in Growth Architecture. That is designing business systems which simplify pinpointing and removing constraints. We operate under the Growth Theory. This has 3 fundamental principles.
All businesses have 7 fundamental Departments.
The Theory of Constraints applies to growth. Therefore, growth will continue until a constraint appears.
Constraints can be systematically removed allowing indefinite growth until outside variables (external macro factors ie: market, competition, etc.) drive a need for an improved or redesigned system.
